Jollieful Company, we have stated the following terms and conditions to ensure
you understand the expectations you and we should have for each other. Please
read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing this Website or ordering
from Jollieful Company, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not
agree with any of the terms, please do not access this Website nor order from
Order / Payment Methods
To place an order, you need to create an account and log in on this Website, which provides you with better shopping experience including the order tracking function. During checkout, Hong Kong customers are presented with two payment options: (1) online payment or (2) bank transfer. Other customers only have one payment option: (1) online payment.
(1) Online Payment
Jollieful Company (“our Company” / “our Shop” / “we”) uses PayPal
to accept online payments from customers. You do not need a PayPal account to pay your
orders but you may choose to log in to your PayPal account to pay. During checkout, you will be
connected to PayPal’s page where PayPal directly collects from you your payment
instrument (such as credit card) details. We do not get access to such details.
(2) Bank Transfer (Only for Hong Kong Customers)
Payment can be made via direct
bank-in / e-Banking transfer / ATM transfer to our HSBC account (customers
without HSBC account: Hang Seng account holders can pay via ATM transfer, while
other bank account holders can pay via direct bank-in at HSBC counters; both
cases do not require any service charges). In the event where bank charges arise
from your transfers, you are responsible for such charges. Please pay
within two days. As our system subtracts stock only after an order is paid and
we adopt “first paid, first processed” policy, you may be notified that your
order is out of stock after payment. To avoid such circumstances, please pay
your order at your earliest convenience and send us (i) the bank deposit / transfer
slip together with (ii) the relevant Order ID and (iii) your contact number through
Facebook Message / by email to email@example.com / by whatsapp to 61382337 immediately after.
Our shop currently ships to
Singapore, Ontario (Canada), and Hong Kong. For details, please read Delivery. If you are from other areas and you
are interested in our products, please let us know.
We will perform detailed checking
before shipping goods. Other than out-of-stock circumstances, goods are
non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If your order is out of stock, we
will notify you to arrange exchange of products. If there aren’t any products
you would like to exchange the out-of-stock product for, we will issue credit to your account for offsetting against future purchases.
Size and Colour Differences
We try our best to accurately
describe our products. However, as products are measured by hand on a sample
basis, actual sizes may be slightly different from described. Product colours
may also be slightly different from the photos due to lighting effects or
different monitor settings.
Your Proper Handling
While we are committed to offering
good-quality products, you are responsible for handling them properly after
receipt. Darker clothes, especially black, red, orange and blue, generally bleed
when being washed, especially the first time. To prevent darker colours from
bleeding onto lighter colours, you are advised to sort your dirty laundry into
whites, light colours, and dark colours for separate washing. To reduce colour
bleeding, you are advised to wash darker clothing in cold water which keeps the
fibers closed, trapping the dye.
We are committed to offering quality
products and providing quality service. In the event where product information
/ information provided by our staff contains any inaccuracies, or an order /
delivery is delayed, we will amend the information or improve our service, but
we will not be liable for any arising direct, indirect, incidental or consequential
damages. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, incidental
or consequential damages arising from the use of our service / products.
We pick products mainly based on
appearance, design, material and quality. We do not have any intention of
selling fake / pirate goods. However, since fashion products in the market are generally
designed with reference to products of international famous brands, there may
be products in our Shop that look similar to famous brand products. Unless our
product information or product pictures clearly indicate the brand name, our
products have no relation to any famous brand.
Cooperation from You
To protect this Website, use of
this Website may be monitored. You consent to such monitoring and agree not to perform
any inappropriate activities towards / on this Website, such as intruding into
systems, posting malicious comments, making unauthorized use of this Website’s
contents. In appropriate circumstances, our Company may block users with
inappropriate behavior from visiting this Website or terminate their user
